Sébastien Daviaux Quite simply, my story

Already three apples high, I was roaming the vineyards with my grandfather in the heart of Champagne's golden triangle: Chouilly, Cramant and Cuis. In those days, champagne didn't have all the prestige it has today.
It was a time of cabins with friends and the seasons were punctuated by work in the vineyard. The grape harvest was the reward for a hard year's work on the land, between the harsh winters and the mild summers.

«I like things that are original and natural, and that's how I imagine the vineyard and the production of my champagne.»

Our heritage A golden terroir

Today, I'm proud to live on the land of my parents and grandparents. This terroir, shaped by our winegrowing ancestors, is the gateway to the prestigious Côte des Blancs. Here, Chardonnay reigns supreme.

Our commitments Life at the heart of our culture

Growing methods have changed since I left the Lycée Viticole d'Avize. As the proverb says, "he who wishes to go far, spares his mount": this is exactly what I apply on a daily basis to the work in the vineyard with a Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne (VDC) approach. It's an approach based on three pillars: biodiversity footprint, carbon footprint and water footprint. As both an independent winemaker and a harvester, I cultivate authenticity, tradition and a passion for the vines and the land. I see myself more as a "wine creator", producing a unique champagne.
